Do you ever find yourself wishing you had more of a variety of articulation targets? This packet contains a reference list AND individual cards for each speech sound for 13 different themes.

Do you ever find yourself wishing you had more of a variety of articulation targets?

Do you wish that your articulation students could participate more in your themed units or when reading book companion packets?

Do you wish you had more materials you could use for both articulation and language kiddos? Or mixed groups? THEN READ ON!

This packet contains a reference list (sorted by speech sound) AND individual cards for each speech sound for the following themes:

  • Fall
  • Winter
  • Spring
  • Summer
  • Space
  • Circus
  • Farm
  • Transportation
  • Food (2)
  • Animals (2)
  • Pirates (2)
  • Sports (2)
  • Ocean

**A (2) indicates there were so many words, that I had to put the list on 2 pages!

Additionally, I’ve included a parent letter on a half sheet for easy carryover/homework! The letter includes a blank box to attach the relevant card from the packet. For example, if you have a fall theme in your speech room, pull the fall cards, cut out the desired speech sound card (e.g. /k/) and attach to the box for fun, seasonal words for carryover!

The following speech sounds are included:

/p, b, m/, “ch”, /d/, /dz/, /f/, /g/, /k/, /l/, /l/ blends, /n/, prevocalic /r/, vocalic /r/, other /r/, /r/ blends, /s/, /s/ blends, “sh”, /t/, “th”, /v/ and /z/. Other /r/ mostly contains words that have multiple types of /r/.

The entire packet (other than cover and intro pages) are in BLACK AND WHITE for easy printing! Print on colored cardstock for extra fun 🙂
