After 20 years in the schools I thought I’d seen every language resource out there but this one really stands out. The figurative language section with idioms, hyperbole, similes and alliteration is something my 6th and 7th graders actually engage with. The Google Slides option is perfect for when I do push-in therapy.

The best no-prep resource for older students.

Perfect for mixed goal groups.

I use one page per week for my entire upper level caseload. Having 10 activities per page including idioms, vocab, narratives, and problem solving means I can target everyone’s goals from the same sheet. The assessments after every 5 pages are a great way to track progress.
