While I love book companion packs, I don’t always love the amount of work they are to assemble or the complexity they present to some of my younger students. These book attachments are what I’ve been using to increase student engagement while reading and they have really worked!
They are great for giving the student a model sentence that they can use to retell stories, answer “What happened?” about a page, or describe events in a book.

My only suggestion is that it would have been wonderful to have the small pictures condensed onto fewer pages. I wasted A LOT of cardstock because each set of attachable pictures took up one full page. I would rather have a small label at the top and fit three or four sets on to one page to save money on printing. Still love the product though!!
