How to download a resource
  1.  Click HERE or Go to my Shop speechymusings.com/shop
  2. Find the resource by search or by categories
    When you choose a resource, the price will still show, but the “Add to Cart” button will change to “Download”
  3. Click the “Download” button
    press the download button
  4. Start using your no-prep resource!
Extracting The File:

STEP BY STEP:

1. Extract the File

  • Right-click on the .zip file.
  • Select “Extract All…” or “Extract Here” (depending on your system).
  • Follow the prompts to choose a location (or just click “Extract” to use the default location)

2. Open the Extracted Folder
Once extracted, a new folder will appear with the files inside. Open that folder to find the content.

3. Access Your Files
Now you can open and use the files as needed.

How to renew my All Access Pass Subscription:

Log in to your My Account → Subscriptions page. From there, you can see your active pass and manually renew or update payment information. If your card has expired or the renewal fails, you’ll receive an email to update your billing. If you orginally subscribed via a PO, you will need to get a new PO and email hello@speechymusings.com to renew your All Access Pass. 

To cancel your membership, log in and go to My Account → Subscriptions. Select your active All Access Pass, then click Cancel.

Please note: once you press Cancel, your access ends immediately and you will no longer be able to download resources. The subscription will also not renew.

If you originally received a discounted or special rate and later cancel, please know that returning users will need to sign up again at the current standard pricing.

At login, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. You’ll receive a reset email and you can then create a new password securely. This step works even if you can’t log in currently.

To update your email address, log into your account and go to My Account → Edit Account Details. Enter your new email and save.

You’ll get a confirmation email at the new address — just click the link in that email to finish updating it. Your email won’t change until you confirm it.

Because the All Access Pass and Quarterly Pass includes immediate access to a full digital library, refunds are not offered. If you are unsure, you can purchase individual resources first to test their fit.

If you forget to cancel your subscription before it renews, refunds are still not offered, unfortunately.
